Emergency medicine is the lifeblood of Emerus Community Hospitals. In order to ensure increased emergency volume, hospitals need to create a network of doctors who will willingly refer patients.
​
PROBLEM:
Doctors dislike and distrust most sales reps and resent time spent discussing matters that don't relate to immediate patient needs.
​
SOLUTION:
Create a quick 20-minute doctor-to-doctor hospital tour, minus the sales pitch, followed by lunch and 18 holes of golf at a private club. The goal is to build trust and confidence so referrals will happen organically.
​
RESULTS:
